Sounds simple enough but MANY contractors have an issue with delivering on what they promise, often taking jobs then disappearing with your deposit. We don't typically require a deposit and deliver on our contracts 100% of the time.

my roof was replaced with all the plywood underneath, it was damaged from poor ventilation on the old roof. The roofers worked constantly and kept me informed on what they were doing (and why), they were also very polite and clean and left no garbage. They did numerous other roofs on my street and even a few family members over the years. I would gladly use them again.
